Unity City:
The small group treks through the outskirts of the town, wary of all they see, for they have cargo precious beyond measure. The storm clouds gather overhead, and rolling thunder muffles their scheming. Soon they reach their destination, what appears to be a tavern of sorts, and quickly move towards an unremarkable booth in the back. A bearded man, a human of around forty years, speaks first,
"We know who you are, Shadow of the Matriarchy, but we do not know why you came here. Please, enlighten us."
Ginger arcs his back as he stretches, unaccustomed to the lower gravity of this planet, and replies as he does so,
"If only I could, but I am as uninformed as you, I'm afraid. I was sent here on behalf of an old friend of mine, at the urging of... Well, older friends. It is ironic, in fact, that you call me a shadow."
The man stares at him, eyes boring into Ginger's purple irises.
"Is it also ironic that you, whatever you may be, destroyed their civilization? Cast these refugees into darkness? Shadows are but servants of the darkness, and that is why you deserve your title."
Ginger shakes his head dismissively
"Hardly. A shadow is a servant of light, an allusion to the flame. The Matriarchy was a fire that needed to be extinguished, and larger fires create larger shadows. I am not their shadow, you see, for I am not what befell them... It's true that I assaulted their Citadel, killed many hundreds of their soldiers, but I did so for... Duty. Honor. The Greater Good. I am here for that same reason now, so if you will excuse me, I must meet those that I must help."
As he gets up to leave, the man reached out to grab his arm. Ginger allows him, and heeds what he says next.
"If you are truly here to help us, then I am grateful for your service. We are a united city, but I owe those aliens nothing, and now I must warn you of them. Humans will trust you, and follow you if need be, but the Matriarchs will attempt to murder you upon sight. Stay hidden for as long as you can, and be safe."
And with that, Ginger left, but he did not go unnoticed. As he made his way towards the Council of Unity, he was followed by those who mean him harm.
(Open to anyone willing to attack him, especially shadow)

Ginger seemingly doesn't notice him, and continues on his way. Perhaps his sensors didn't detect you.

He hesitates, as if sensing you for the first time. Without turning around, he speaks "What do you plan on doing with that?"
-
"Fufilling a mission, come with me, or you will have a scar to remember"

He turns around to face you, and visibly lowers his shields. Currently he's not in his 'suit, though he's wearing a nano-mesh under armor skin, with plastoid gauntlets. Both articles are matte black with grey undertones, and ginger highlights inside the contours of the skin. He wears no helmet, which reveals his surprisingly youthful face. "Where are you taking me?"
-
"UN city, my clients are interested in you"
-
Remembering the tavern man's warning, Ginger remains cautious. "Were they Matriarchs? If not, I'll come willingly."
-
"No, but their interest is related"

He hesitates yet again "Tell me everything, or I leave."
