Legendary sword quest tracking between characters broken
I did the sword quest on char 1, got sword 1.
Passed sword 1 and the required items to char 2 to help in getting sword 2. Received sword 2.
Passed sword 1 and 2 to char 3 along with not enough of the required items to make sword 3. Instead received step 5 of the questline on char 3, therefore skipping over the quest to receive sword 3.
I tried abandoning the quest and have done all the predecessor steps.
Has anyone had this problem? Can you help?

I can't get the "A Broken Will" quest either. I did the whole and killed oryx but never got the quest on my character. It worked on my first character. But not on my second. Is this some kind of bug? Idk. But it's reeeeeally starting to upset me.
