You are correct, it does have a question mark. However, it is used to show a questioning mindset and my statement after makes an answer unnecessary. "!" Shows some form of excitement or raise in tone. These are [b]not[/b] used for simple statements as you said. I can't believe you said to use these for normal statements. "." Used for a statement, simple and casual. Reason I didn't use those as I am questioning it but I'm not asking why. You do know how to use punctuation right?Learn how to use punctuation before you try teach how to use it.

I am glad you responded again as it proves that you were asking a question. Read your last paragraph again as it's clear your punctuation is a joke.
