Hi, I placed an order for a new Destiny T-Shirt on September 10th. I received shipping confirmation on September 14th after receiving the 'it may take 3 business days' email. It's now September 24th and my tracking number still simply shows "shipping label created." I'm posting here because I'm unable to find any other customer service channels to contact about this issue. Will a customer service rep please contact me?

For what it's worth, I've heard of a contact method for the physical-goods store. I haven't seen it posted in a while though. I think it was just an email address. But hopefully a Bungie rep will see this soon and give you the info or pass on your question. In the meantime... Bump!
