Possible to restart Sword questline?
Short and simple: got the 220 solar sword: didn't find it attractive, so dismantled that thing. Just found out you needed that thing to start the next questline.
Is there a way i can get the quest for the sword reset?
(please don't start talking about alts and stuff, i'm trying to keep it as simple as possible: 1 character, 1 sword, 1 questline) is a questline reset possible so i can just "restart" with the sword, since now i know that the sword is needed to get a better version.
So is a GM able to make this possible?

No. Decisions in Destiny are permanent. Bungie will not undo your sword dismantle, so you will no longer have the ability to begin the exotic sword quest on that character.
