Here's gameplay of the evade from the Twilight Garrison. Sorry for such crappy quality my PS3 doesn't have any recording software on it.

So the titans with a non native evade skill gets the better one. At least this first impression anyway. If hunter evade could be used in air and maybe actually do something maybe it'd be useful.
