What is the best place to farm the gunsmith rank consumable (fusion rifle looking thing)? I am 220 from rank 3 and spent 2 hrs running patrols on Venus with no drops. Already did all the guns bountys this week.

I don't think there is a farm for it. There are theories floating around that say there are a limited number of them and they are tied to the Sleeper Stimulant
