The democrats are going hands off of a spending bill that will keep the government up and running but Republicans cannot agree on the language. This shutdown (like all the others) will be blamed on the Republicans which they cannot afford since they are trying to. Get the White House. This inner rot of division is what will bring the United States to it's knees, not China, Russia, or terrorists.
