Hi there ya' all!
I'm just throwing this out there for people to see.
I was baffled when the Gunsmith Arms Day weapons had
Häkke Herja named pulse rifle for ordering.
At first I suspected that the name might be just a coincidence, but
after gunsmith presented Omolon Tuonela the matter was clear.
These names are in fact a Finnish words.
Herja means a slander or a slur and Tuonela is the underworld or the realm of the dead in Finnish mythology.
Someone at Bungie has got his/ her hands on a Finnish dictionary book.
Well, I thought this would be worth mentioning.
Edit: enhanced the text slightly.

There is also Key of Akka in Dreadnaught and Zhalo Supercell was originally named Ukonvasara all referencing Finnish mythology.
-
There are quotes from a person called Ain Suhu-Ässä, Suhu-Ässä means an letter 's' said in a way that it has a 'ssshh' sound to it.
-
There's also a couple others from other countries, one from the Philippines I think. It's a cool little meta game figuring out the names.

Herja is a valkerie name from Norse myth. It means "she who devastates" hence it's description.
