Unable to purchase Digital Download version of TTk

A friend of mine tried to buy the Digital Download version of The Taken King, but it says that it is only in a bundle. Is this a bug, or can you really not purchase the DLC without buying the Weapon Pack as well?

This is the one I had bought since I already owned both prior DLCs. The description is different from the link you have on there. It was like 40$

The weapons pack comes with the bundle but just the game is 40 I believe without the pack it is still 40
