Are you kidding me bungie?!?
Ok so were in the daily mission doing the bit to get the exotic sniper. And guess what? We didint get -blam!-ing jack. Why because Bungie are scumbags thats why. 3 hours of work for nothing! we didint even get the legendary marks like wtf. we entered the mission before reset therefore we should get the rewards.

It's that way for legendary marks (previously for ascendant mats) so why wouldn't it be like this for other rewards that require you to be on the daily. As soon as the reset hits that mission becomes the yesterdaily ;)

Yeah, if reset occurs whilst you're doing the daily, you won't get the rewards. Always been like this.
