How do you know it's getting nerfed.
If it is getting nerfed, I won't be surprised, Bungie nerf Everything for those that complain too much. The game should have challenges and should have some OP weapons.

Just saw, never saw the Thread until just now. Oh well just put into my Raid Shotgun

Deej said that the 310 damage was a mistake and they'll be putting it back to 290 in the next update. Really dumb! But like people have said at least you can infuse it into another weapon and infuse that back to get the level up
