Ok first off, if you get to say lvl 3 that means you can order 3 weapons a week I think the max for ordering weapons would be 5 but I'll still assume you'll be able to get packages from each rank you go up and secondly when you get a character to rank 2 with banshee you get a mini quest for a class exclusive secondary weapon and then at rank 3 you get a mini quest for a class exclusive exotic primary.
