Your upgrade process to Taken King has forced me to spend hours trying to fix. For Xbox One you put out an upgrade thst was never recognized as the Collectors Edition. In an attempt to try and resolve the issue my profile was corrupted. This all lead to having to restore to factory defaults which is where I sit now. I posted in forums with no response. Then, your most sinister ploy yet, when I tried to find a number to call I found that you list Xbox Support as your Corporate number. So, once more, no food for me.
