My brother and I share my PS3. We got Destiny after the Dark Below came out, and I wasn't home at the time, so naturally he just logged into his account and downloaded it. A few months later, I was on my account and pre-ordered House of Wolves. I gave up on Destiny to see if The Taken King would be worth the price tag, and it seems it is. But we can't download it, because technically I never bought the Dark Below, and my brother technically never bought House of Wolves, even though both are on the same playstation. And I don't feel like paying the extra $20 for the legendary edition, because its not worth it then, I'd rather just buy a different game for the same price. Help???

Yea basically what happened is that since you both purchased 1 DLC on one account and 1 DLC on the other the game won't register it as having 2 DLCs since it is 2 separate accounts. If both DLCs were in one account it would allow you to purchase. Unless either of you buy the other DLC you are missing you won't be allowed to play TTK.
