Dear Bungie,
It`s been more than a week, and there`s still no response for my issue.
I own both TDB and HOW DLCs and I`m still not able to purchase the standalone TTK DLC.
Will you fix this? Please respond !

I'm on PS3 and I'm aware of the account policies. Unfortunately, I bought the DLCs with an old account which I'm not using now.

Edited by RedPhoenix HD: 9/24/2015 1:20:04 AMbest to contact sony to find out why , they would be your retailer and their system that determines if you qualify. only question i would have is whether or not both DLCs were purchased by the same account that also activated the base game of destiny? Sony would also be able to clarify that.
