SERIOUSLY JUST BUMP OR WHATEVER. I miss using my old gear and I just refuse to get rid of stuff I worked for, for so long in year one. I had some good weapons and good armor, that needs to be carried over into the new year. Some of the new stuff doesn't look as good and doesn't have as good of perks. Just saying. I want to stay close to the same light level after equipping my old gear. Maybe something like an Etheric light at the end of Kings fall. P.S. for those of you saying no, it doesn't effect the game or the players negatively it just adds more choices. Think about it, OK, thought about it? I mean really if you like the new stuff better good for you, I'm not saying nerf the new stuff, I'm saying give us a chance to unnerf our old stuff if we want to. It's really that simple. Also I kept my strangers rifle from the end of the original story to date, because it should've been upgraded to legendary from the get go. Nobody's mad that they kept some of the exotics, but some of y'all wanna get defensive over legendary gear? Edit 2 made a poll just for armor at this point.
