I have a feeling that they actually have not identified the problem, and instead are having trouble distinguishing between the people who had completed it before and got reset, and those who failed to completely the Golden Chests. So they can't figure out who to grant it to. That's just my assumption. This shouldn't take over a week to resolve. I'm starting to get really irritated, specially seeing others rocking their sweet emblem.
