I am not a negative person by nature, but am starting to believe that the MOT gold chest issue isn't going to be resolved...surely this is a simple coding fix once the error is found? So a group of upset and/or sad customers could be appeased? Could we please get an update on a possible timeframe for resolution?

I have a feeling that they actually have not identified the problem, and instead are having trouble distinguishing between the people who had completed it before and got reset, and those who failed to completely the Golden Chests. So they can't figure out who to grant it to. That's just my assumption. This shouldn't take over a week to resolve. I'm starting to get really irritated, specially seeing others rocking their sweet emblem.
