Could this be the Hopscotch Pilgrim for Year 2?
Edit Nov 4th: Lyudmila-D is no Hopscotch Pilgrim 2.0. OG posted on Sep 23rd
Similar stats curve as HP, half the stability but it compensates it for DOUBLE the impact and 1/5 more range.
My Lyudmila perks:
4 bullets per burst
Danger Close
Full Auto
Snap shot/Fitted stock/Reinforced barrel
It is now equipped on my Titan with Star Atigen emblem.
Do you have one ordered from Gunsmith? Care to share your perks? Comments welcomed.

Edit 2 (Nov 5th):
Got my 2nd Lyudmila-D from Gunsmith today with the following perks:
Headseeker
Full Auto
Snapshot / hand loaded / injection mold
Pretty good perks but what stands out is the SD Thermal scope. I find this scope invaluable as it really helps in highlight the enemy when ADS; enemies are highlighted with red outlines makes them more contrast than their surroundings thus allowing me to see and aim easier.
If the enemies are hiding behind a grenade blast dust, this scopes can also highlight the enemy behind it.

Edit 3 (Nov 12):
Got my 3rd Lyudmila-D from Gunsmith package with the following perks:
Crowd Control
Counterbalance
High caliber rounds/speed reload/injection mold
Sights: GB iron / LC ranged
Personally haven't try using it but with LC Ranged sight it may well be hitting enemies usually only reachable with Scout Rifles. I do not know if this is as effective as the rangefinder perk, only way to find out is to level up this and do some field test. Comment here if you have tried it.

The issue with this gun in PVP is that, while doing alot of damage in one burst, it has too slow of a fire rate to handle mistakes. Both shots have to hit and be fired in rapid succession at range to handle the faster killing weapons like last word. If you do not land critical hits then it will take another shot and you will be slag. The reload is slow too, so that has to be addressed for effectiveness as well. In PVE this weapon's effectiveness is based on the reload speed you can produce. It has a severe, horizontal recoil and the Counterbalance perk actually makes it a different gun, giving it a vertical recoil. I don't think further stability perks are necessary but, they do make the bursts tighter of course. With counterbalance and a fast reload this gun will make you destroy everything quickly and from anywhere.

Spare change.25 is a two burst. It shoots 3 bullets per burst and the lyudmila shoots 4. So the spare change.25 has a faster ttk

Have one on my warlock I've had for a few weeks that I love. Has crowd control, counterbalance, fitted stock. Very nice stability for it.
-
Check mine out Its on my titan ;)
-
Mine has full auto and head seeker
-
I think I have the best roll possible and I've had it for 3 weeks now and to me it's the best one in the game, I have all the top pulse rifles in the game with crazy good rolls but the Lyudmila-D I have is amazing it's on my hunter if you want to check it out
-
It's not bad until Nirwen's Mercy snipes you with 0 recoil and perfect target acquisition.
-
I have one, but even with good stability perks the stability is just terrible.
-
Got one with thermal sights, full auto and snapshot. Haven't picked mine up yet, but looking forward to it!
-
Waiting till it rolls with hand laid stock and counterbalance or somethin.
-
Can anyone tell me the scopes on the roll with counterbalance and army of one?
-
it's an amazing pulse rifle, it's Full auto and it's impact is on par with scout rifles
-
I got some good random PR drops a few weeks back. Tried to use them in pve and thought they were weak. I'll try in pvp but man I hate using PRs.
-
it's ok but think it's already been proven that pulses>every other primary
-
The one you can get from the smith today is amazing, imo. Glass half full, full auto, and hand loaded. I may not have a perk for the stability, but compensating for that can be learned. Improving range helps narrow the cone (as bungie puts it) decreasing damage fall off, improving aim assist, and more. Having glass half full will boost the bottom half of all my hits. A pulse rifle without full auto wont work for me, that's a personal style thing. So, I'm really happy with these perks.

That gun kicks like a donkey. Treads upon stars is where it's at. It's the year two vision of confluence
-
Weapon sucks had it with full auto and body shots increase headshot damage it did no damage in crucible and it was 298
-
You 5000% need Handled Stock in the secondary Counterbalance as a primary Other than that, it's an awful weapon. Haven't had those roll yet so even with it might be bad. Ideally you'd also roll CC/Headseeker/GHF as the other primary
-
There is one that you can get from armsday that has counterbalance so it takes out the horizontal recoil completely and makes it vertcal only. But there is also one that has headseaker and full auto and i think you will be seeing that one around the crucible quite a bit.
-
i thought a 4 bullet burst would be awesome but i've used it and i think it -blam!-s up your stability entirely
-
Used for a long time. Pulls up and left too much even with perfect or counterbalance. It's a beast for sure.
-
Can someone tell me whether everyone gets the same rolls for arms day guns? Does everyone get the same 2 choices of rolls?
-
For pulses, stability is king.
-
What are the suros dis 43 rolls this week?
-
is that the hakke one? maybe it's just lower tier guns but ever hakke pulse rifle I've used has had WILD recoil. which is the whole advantage of guns like the hopscotch. nothing is going to replace my allfate with feeding frenzy/reactive reload for reg crucible
-
No no no no no....no. Year2 hopscotch is nerwins mercy.
