Of course, I'm a ruthless thinker when it comes to this. Take a homeless person for instance. I don't feel sorry for them when I see them. Because the way I look at it, if they really wanted to they could find a job. I guarantee you that if they picked ten places to work and told the managers they they just needed a job to get back their life, at least one would employee them. But they choose not to because they are letting their past control them. Train your mind to be strong and you will succeed. Regardless, you are not wrong and your point is well taken friend.

Some of those homeless people you see are mentally ill and it's a lot more complicated for them than 'just snap out of it'. Stop being ignorant and have some compassion.

So now I'm ignorant for stating a logical opinion. I know firsthand about mental illness. My wife deals with anxiety and it's something she can't control. Yet she still works and raises a family. It can be done. I understand that there are mentally ill people, and I really do hope they find comfort in life but they at least have to try.
