Have you read them?
-
Yes and it states that the game and or experience is subject to change at any time
-
When I bought destiny I had to purchase the other 2 dlcs just to get a full experience a week later so when TTK came out i bought it so I didn't get left behind made the mistake once with WoW years ago
-
No you read it
-
here i will help you along in reading the EULA https://www.bungie.net/en/View/Bungie/eula
Bungie may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time. Bungie may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Program without notice or liability. You have no interest, monetary or otherwise, in any feature or content contained in the Program.
Took my dawg about 7 mins to find and read, props
-
That's why it's bullshit
-
It doesn't matter it's part of the basic User Agreement for like every single game with an online function you agreed to it, if you no longer agree to it then stop playing the game
-
Yeah and only destiny did it.
-
they have every right to make changes to there intellectual property as they see fit regardless of who it effects. Nobody can complain to what they agreed to in the first place, you do not own Destiny, you do not have a say in what happens to it, either embrace the change and move along like everybody else or stop playing its that simple.
-
I "bought it".

Edited by Mattyy: 9/23/2015 10:39:42 AMno you "bought" a licence to play the game from Activision and Bungie, you do not own anything and Activision or Bungie have every right to remove that Licence from you as they see fit. Again it is clearly stated as part of the EULA
OWNERSHIP: All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Program and any copies thereof are owned by Bungie. This Program is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international copyright treaties, and conventions and other laws. This Program contains certain licensed materials, and Bungie’s and/or Activision’s licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then stop playing the game its simple as that. Even in the EULA if you do not agree to the terms you are not permitted to use the software. People really need to learn to read these EULA instead of just agreeing to them without knowing what they are agreeing to.
BY OPENING THIS PACKAGE, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, AND/OR USING THE PROGRAM, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AMONG YOU, BUNGIE, INC. (“Bungie”) AND ACTIVISION PUBLISHING, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ("Activision"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE PROGRAM. IF YOU WISH TO REJECT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE PROGRAM, AND WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE, CALL (310) 255-2050 IN NORTH AMERICA TO REQUEST A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE. FOR PURCHASERS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA, PLEASE VISIT http://support.activision.com.
