I agree that shoulder charge is [i]not[/i] op. The amount of time it takes for the sprint to charge it balances the damage it outputs. Hunters have blink strike, instakill if they get behind you, idk what warlocks have, but Titan seems to be the one with the most charge time to use that ability.
