Been playing elder scrolls online for months and Bethesda has a help button in the game menu on the Xbox that can be clicked on and you send a direct message. They respond very quickly. Other games lately have had that feature as well. And other devs like Gearbox, Microsoft and others have sites that you can contact them directly on. It is unusual to have absolutely NO way to be contacted for help in any way. It would be nice if there was some way, JUST ONE, to contact bungie. I can't find one...especially after spending $140 per person (times two people).
