Deleted then reinstalled digital content,still haven't received ghost & ship,what's the issue I just want what I paid for.Please reply!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello no ship and ghost even though it says pack is installed.Please advise as I paid for these things,Feeling a little ripped off!!!!!!!!!

In the collector's edition, there is no ship or ghost, only shaders emotes and exotic class items.
