Deleted then reinstalled digital content,still haven't received ghost & ship,what's the issue I just want what I paid for.Please reply!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever character u used when TTK was launched has the one ghost, there is just one that if you want it for other characters then put it in the vault for one character to get. The sparrow is the same way I think, or just talk to holiday on ur other characters. Please try these suggestions and if it doesn't work then repost
