I bought the collectors edition upgrade for Xbox one and have yet to receive any of my rewards. I have checked and double checked my downloads. Also have yet to receive any of my euros weapons.

Suros weapons from the weapon pack are the 160 light green weapons at the vanguard robot guy near the shipwright. Not sure why you haven't received the other rewards though.

Also you might want to contact Microsoft if you purchased that stuff digitally. Could be an issue with your account not showing you've purchased it yet.
