I came here to post the exact same thing! Very disappointed it has not been resolved yet!

I don't even really mind if they have hit a snag that has kept them from resolving it. For me its exactly what McClint1986 said, that within 2 days we got that last update of the "near future" then almost a week has passed with no new info.
