This weapon is kinda like a short range sniper, only thing it needs is a small headshot damage boost, and it'd be perfect. In other news, if you get a precision kill with any weapon in your arsenal the special perks proc. In PVE, that should mean unlimited ammo. Will test once I get the other special perk.
