[b]UPDATE[/b] VIP Rewards : Met all requirements and still haven't received quest to get rewards. I know I met the requirements because I had a level 34 before the specified date and the release of TTK. I also own both expansions. I got the rewards early but due to quest bug, I deleted the items as bungie twitter suggested. After that I proceeded to purchase TTK standalone, upon login checked all respective kiosks, postmaster, and zavala for quest but didn't get anything not even the quest.
