2 RepliesRemember everything from the day halo was released, to the day Bungie made the mistake of selling halo to 343. Not saying 343 didn't do a good job, but halo now doesn't fell like the halo I played over the years. I'm still going to be a Spartan until the very end .

2 RepliesNeat story: My first console was an original xbox... used that came with a Halo CE and Halo 2 disc. So those are my first FPS's/ console games. But this was when Halo Reach was already out and the Xbox 360 existed... then I got an used Xbox 360 that came with Halo 3 and Halo Wars. After a couple months to a year, Halo 4 was announced (or I think it was rumored) and the Xbox One was a rumor, also. I bought Reach a month before it became free for gold. So I waited and waited until Xbox One came out, and got the Masterchief collection. So I got to play Halo 4 and ODST. I have played and owned every single major Halo game (Spartan Assault/Strike isn't considered too major for me, but I have Spartan Assault) for the price of 70 dollars. I also get to say my first FPS was the original xbox Halo CE followed by Halo 2!

I miss the days of sixteen people hunkered down in a house guzzling down pizza and beer all the while trash talking. Original halo. Sad thing is destiny feels more like halo than halo 4 did.

1 ReplyI remember having to pack up my gear, drive to buddy's house, hook everything up and game out til the booze ran out. Halo was such an improvement over competitive multiplayer for its time. Then came online features, matchmaking... good times.
