Bungie, Can You Answer This? (Constructive)
Is there any benefit in holding onto year 1 stuff like Fatebringer or VoG armor?
Are they forever capped at their current numbers?
I just don't want any regrets if I dismantle something.

I have yet to hear from Bungie, and would like some input from them before sharding my loot.

I hate self bumping because it annoys people, but I really want Bungie to weigh in here, or someone who has credibility to their name!

1 ReplyHi, Year 1 weapons will still be as useful as year 2 weapons for all year 1 content such as VoG or Crota.

1 ReplyI wouldn't delete anything good just yet. Firstly, they're still good for most of Crucible since attack values only count in Iron Banner and (I guess) Trials. Secondly, they'll still be good for when you want to run the old raids. Dust off the Vision of Confluence of Praedyth's Timepiece to kill the Oracles, or whatever in Crota. Thirdly, you never know... they might change their mind. Probably a day after you delete all of the stuff you would have wanted back :-)
