They also disappear when you get nothing...it's RNG so you won't get something every time... It's not bugged, it's random... I've killed ultras, nothing dropped, but because the buff only lasts until your NEXT ultra is killed, it does just that, goes away... It's DOES NOT last until you get an exotic drop, just until ultra is killed
