I have purchased the collectors edition a month ago and haven't received my suros arsenal pack or my 3 exotic guardian classes. What's going on?

  • YEs me too- Where can we contact Bungie to help? Purchased Collectors Edition for Xbox 360 to obtain preorder weapons -these do not appear anywhere for me. Not happy first of all that I had to pay for the expansion packs I already own to get this so now very frustrated 7 days after launch my items are still not there. Help!

    I have xbox 360, I went through microsoft customer service, seems going through your console provider is the best way to try to troubleshoot.
