Is that the one? If so whats the closest checkpoint before it and is there a video of going from the checkpoint to that chest?

It's really easy to get to. After the hive ship jumping maze, which is the part after the beginning orb part, there is a single hive ship that transports you to the next area. Simply jump off to the left onto a ledge on the wall before going through the shielded area. Follow the edge up to a door and have two people on the other side on each one of the plates and the door will open.

Whats the easiest class to do the jumping puzzle as? Guess ill need to find a video of this. Thanks though

I think it really depends on the character you use the most. I personably had no problem completing it with my hunter.
