Don't keep lying to your players Don't nickel and dime your fans to death Get a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better PR department Learn how to communicate and be up front with players on the front end (before the change occurs and not after) Understand what parts of community feedback you should address/add/remove and what not to. (you have been 50/50 on this so far) Don't make players feel like they have wasted their time, money and energy on your game just to bring in new people. Find a way to bring in new players while respecting and honoring those that have got you to the place you are.
