I didn't get my legendary marks when I completed the important targets quest.

I completed the quest and it took me a little while but I needed the marks. Then when I went to zavala I didn't get my marks. Furthermore I still don't have my moments of triumph emblem while I did complete them. Does anyone know what to do?

I just posted this same issue. I got the heavy weapon and when I dismantled it I didn't get the marks for it.
