I awoke the other night in agony, I instantly grabbed my buttocks with both hands and cried out in pain. At first I was dazed and didn't realise the reason this was happening, then it hit me... I had just played ' The taken king ' DLC before going to bed and my subconscious mind was telling me something, I had been shafted, My poor black cherry had been stolen and there was no way to get it back, Bungie and Activision had bent me over a thorny table and royally screwed me without even having the decency to use lube and where laughing all the way to the bank. I could still hear Nolan North's (new ghost voice) god awful voice acting in the back of my head "do you think I would be more effective with a bigger chasis", seems Bungie and Activision where making up for their lack in that department.
Not only where all the raids including prison of elders pointless now, there where no more wolf bounties or Eris bounties which I enjoyed doing, they had been partly replaced by 'missions' which you had to follow through in order ,even if you hated it you had no choice. I also now have the joy of rebuying all my exotic weapons with a new currency that year 1 players are locked out of even getting so they can't even buy year 1 weapons or armour anymore, not to mention the sole level 20 strike they have left.
I go on the forums to seek understanding with EVERYONE who had been ravaged by these black cherry pillaging barbarians only to find people in total denial that they had been screwed and actually defending the defilers of buttocks, the ones who shamelessly bend you over a barrel and passed you around like a used bar of soap. I could not believe people actually enjoyed getting so unmercifully shafted and the fact they had no sympathy for people who have been given the full 12 inches without mercy (year 1 players who didn't get TTK) was disgusting.
I rocked back and forth for a while feeling quite dirty for supporting such a ruthless and immoral company in the first place, then cried myself to sleep.
