Uh... Hmm... Well you should qualify based on what I see in your grimoire. How are you trying to buy the game? In-game or in the Marketplace?
Edit: and 360 or one?

Thanks for replying, I have a 360. I bought it through Xbox.com and I'm feeling kinda dum. I got a refund through Microsoft and I see that I should probably try to through in game?

Well if it's 360 that you have, you have to go through the game. There should be an option somewhere on the director. I don't know where though, because I bought it, lol.
