Every maybe 100 times you Sprint. You don't Sprint you half Sprint,as in you go half the speed you usually do when you Sprint. I am sure I am sprinting too. Other people have also encountered this. So something with Sprint button is wrong. It only happens every once in a while but it is a pretty big bug.
