still haven't received anything from downloading the dlc pack for the weapons and the shaders i've only got the light thing that levels 1 of your characters up 25 wtf bungie.

Same thing is happening to me but i got emote,shader, exotic for only my hunter and didnt get them for my warlock and titan.

You only get the shader and emblem if you pre ordered it, not just for buying it
