I recently completed the Boolean Gemini exotic quest line but I didn't receive the weapon if anyone knows why please respond.

I dont think so. I know you have to finish petras quest and varriks quest as well as be rank 3 with queens wrath to get it if you did all the quest you should just only have to rank up
