I bought the taken king legendary edition on disk for xbox 360 I got on my xbox one and it say I don't havd taken king dlc I do on 360 don't I really gotta buy it again thought sent I got it on xbox 360 it carry over the taken king to my xbox one

Yeah. It doesn't transfer to the one, so you have to buy it again.
