I purchased via in-game director on Xbox360, no problems, works good for me, but my kids accounts cannot play on the same Xbox360. It asks them to buy for $39.99. Have unplugged, cleared cache, downloaded again, and started from game menu, and no change. Posting in case anyone else is having this issue. If so, comment. I will try and call Xbox support.

Called to tell me, "Per Bungie, not XBox, Bungie has stated they will require purchase of TTK digital download for each seperate account even if on the same console ." Now my work around still works so I am not going ballistic but that does sound like it contradicts license agreement language people are showing online. Only solution available... login with prime account will allow sub account to play TTK content and progress normally. That is all.

Yea, that's what Microsoft tried to tell me. I told them it contradicts the terms on the DLC download page (if you go to it via in-game) which I got a video and screenshot of now, so I can get a refund. This is really bad... Where else are they discussin this other than here?

Anything else us waste of time at this stage. You think you can threaten Microsoft with legal just to force them to refund your money? Count me out. I just want to play and I am so unless that changes I have nothing to complain about. Just passing on info for those that can't let go.

Yea, I got 3 kids, so $160 is out of the question, and I can't be around at all time to log-in/out. For me, Bungie addresses it or its a refund and bad press.

I have not tested that but it sounds like a way you could retain parental controls w/o allowing access while you are away. Hope that works even if in the interim while you talk to them.

Yea, I noticed that even on my account, I have to answer the password dialog's to get into family settings, so I am using the workaround for now. That being said, it has not stopped my desire for Bungie to address this appropriately, and sending notification of this "anti-family" issue to multiple news outlets to make them aware of this debacle.

I don't know I have not tried it. ...but it's a moot point. When I get off work, they are doing homework, then bed, so its not a workable solution.

Well no actually. Just need a controller to logged in to your account. I disabled my password of course so my boy just logs in as me to Xbox live but plays on his account.

I do hope this is resolved it is not what we signed up for. Just want to be sure who is creating the obstacles. The family settings, and the added cost for families such as your should be emphasized when talking to Bungie as well as they sharing agreement.
