The main game's story gave us a window into the collective consciousness of the Vex, the first DLC dealt with the Hive, the second serviced to further flesh out the Awoken as a people and give us a better picture of their socio-political dynamics with the Eliksini and now the Taken King has shown us that there is more to fear in the Darkness than we ever knew. I'd really like to know where the rest of the fanbase think the story is headed. Me, personally, I think that the invasion of Mars was just the beginning of a more bold strategy for Cabal Empire and now they've set their sights on the third rock from the Sun.
