I am having a problem. I have an xbox 360 with a 120gb hard drive. I purchased the taken king digital download on Sep 12th for $40. I am unable to play the new content. I have verified the download, verified it is shown in my account as purchased and down loaded. I have tried all the suggested fixes. cleared cache, deleted and re downloaded. deleted and re downloaded my player profile, nothing is working I am able to play the old content but not the taken king. It keeps trying to get me to buy it again. any Help or other things to try would be appreciated...

Same here.... When they said they were offering the $40 digital download, I gave them major points cause it showed the care about they're players. Now it's like "How come total noobs get to play before I can?" And I'm tired of being wrecked in the crucible by Lv. 40 players with Year Two weapons and armor. And with no new story content I'm starting to get really board with the game altogether

Edited by moominz: 9/20/2015 5:35:56 PMI'm having the exact same problem still, none of the suggested fixes work, I'm still guessing it's a problem at bungies end rather than a hardware one. Getting sick of looking at the oops, something bad happened screen. I can't even play the old content I've basically paid for a game that doesn't work at all now.

I paid with paypal and am disputing the purchase. if i get my money back I will try ingame and get a code..not sure what else to do. Microsoft and activision (bungie) are just playing ping pong with me as opposed to helping...
