It was clear from the start Destiny was a subscription service for consoles. Instead of having to actually pay a subscription, we need to pay for the DLC's to keep playing. I think the whole 'you locked me out of content' thing is just people not understanding what Destiny's financial model is. And I don't blame them because Bungie sure isn't clear at all on any of that stuff. Still, it is what it is. And what it is is very reasonable to me.

  • Uh, yes... They totally did. They said you jad to buy expansions to keep up much like MMO's before the game even launched. I'm wondering how I am the lame one for understanding what he was getting into. Maybe you all should've just paid more attention to what you were buying.

  • I understood what I was buying (no thanks to bungie) and that's why I'm not complaining. The thing is, most people didn't. The people in this thread blaming the people are the same kinda people that told on other people in school. Point is bungie was not straight forward and it -blam!-ed over a lot of kids. That's not OK.

  • Do you realize you are making a lot of assumptions about people based on little or no information? Or do you actually believe in your own nonsense? Whatever the case, people sometimes don't understand what they are buying. That doesn't mean that people who paid attention and did know are dicks.

  • Bungie was not straight forward with its customers. What about that is nonsense? Nothing. It's a fact. You can keep pretending I'm wrong if it makes you feel better but there's a whole other thread about how bungie was deceiving. Again, I have the game, I just understand why people are mad or upset. Kinda surprised you don't.

  • That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about you judging people who knew what they were buying and labeling them negatively. It's just nonsense.

  • I'm not judging you based on the fact you knew anything, I was judging you based in the fact you can't sympathize with people who may not have been as aware as you. Siding with bungie over your peers is just lame.

  • Oh, I see, it's a 'us gamers against Bungie'-thing is it? I'm just not tgat childish. I side with reasoning, not a group for the sake of being part of it. Which, by the way, if you read my actual post I totally have sympathy for those that didn't understand what they were getting into. That's why I wrote: 'I don't blame them, because Bungie wasn't very clear on that'.
