Same issue I have been having. Talked to xbox support and they said for some odd reason I don't have the licenses for both dlcs but yet I can reinstall both and the expansion pass over and over again. This is very unprofessional on bungie leaving us in the dark.

Xbox support Said that it is showing available for me on 360 and I was like what the -blam!- I have never played destiny on 360 or used a 360 since xbox one came out sounds like we are getting played here. I just wish xbox could just delete our old expansion pass and send us a code for a new one or a credit or equivalent value because there is definitely and error in the system and we are getting the short end of the stick being pressured into just saying -blam!- it and paying the 60$ to play

tried that. i was just talking to xbox support it's there end and no eta on fix the market place isn't registering previous dlc's apparently other games are affected guess it's not effecting everyone
