During the mission Outbound Signal, you are dispatched to stop the Cabal from transmitting a signal to the Cabal Empire for help, as all of their leaders have been killed. You stop the signal, but it is heavily implied that the signal reached the Empire. My theory is that in Forge of Gods, that [b]help will arrive. [/b]
