Has anyone noticed any issues with Xbox 360 achievements not unlocking? My fiancé and I both completed (we think?) the Echoes of Oryx quest line, doing all of the Taken War missions, but we have not received the Second Wind achievement. Is there more to this or is it possibly glitched?

Yeah same here iam on Xbox one, I also didn't get my first relic by completing the quest I had to get one the hard why (decoding blue engrams)
